Jay Park look-alike?

Ok so I was on the college campus and I could've sworn I saw someone who looked just like Jay Park. I would say it was him, but I guess I can't really know for sure since he was speeding by in a car. Plus isn't he supposed to be in Korea working on his new album? Still I wish I got the chance to talk to the guy and tell him he looks like Jay Park.
